                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM STEVEN R. BOSTWICK AND
                   LEANNE BOSTWICK, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT
                   NO. 100, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND
                   SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($1,625.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Steven R. Bostwick and Leanne
       Bostwick, relative to Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights Collection 

       System, Tract No. 100, for a consideration of $1,625.00.
